This was my first time at Smiles By Design. I needed prompt care, and even as a new patient, the office staff scheduled me quickly. Dr. Bethany and her assistant explained what they were doing And what I should expect before, during and after the treatment. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will be transferring my family under the care of this dental practice. Thank you so much!

I can't express enough my satisfaction with the dental work at Smiles By Design over the years. The staff is warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The dentist, Dr. Axvig, demonstrated remarkable expertise and care throughout my treatment plan, which is now complete. I am lucky to have found a place I can trust for myself and my family. Happy customer! Get on the waiting list; it's totally worth it!

From the people working up front, to the hygienists and Dr. Bethany Schuetzle, everyone greets you with a warm smile and seems genuinely happy to help you. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience despite having cavities filled. Dr. Bethany and her staff have a real passion for what they do and they care about your oral health and comfort. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at Smiles by design , I am a little anxious when it comes to dental work or finding a new dentist. I was welcomed right away by front desk gal, Cody & she was already informed of my situation by Becky (hygienist) as Becky had taken care of me for years & then I lost track of where she was at. I finally found Becky & she took care of me like we had never been apart, so caring & attentive to my needs. I met Dr. Bethany for the first time & she was very professional & caring , and I felt like I was right at home! I am looking forward to many years of being cared for by this team of professionals. I was nervous about going to a new Dentist in town, but as soon as I walked into the waiting room I was greeted with smiles, and kindness. Every visit I have been treated with kindness, compassion, and concern for how I felt through the whole process. My first initial visit to get my exam and X-rays done of the tooth that had broken, which was rubbing on my tongue and causing pain, they made sure to smooth the sharp edge before I left. This relieved my pain while waiting for the day of the procedure. Everything was explained to me at my first visit so I would know what to expect on the day of the procedure. While having my teeth worked on at my next visit I was periodically asked how I was doing, and feeling, and if I needed a break to make sure I was comfortable. Although getting our teeth worked on is not fun, they did there best to make sure it was as comfortable as possible, and painless. I definitely and highly recommend Dr. Bethany and her team. Thank you ladies looking forward to my next visit 😃

Looking to change dentist and Smiles by Design was recommended by a friend. Smiles by Design was very friendly and the hygienist was excellent! I definitely recommended Smiles by Design as I was very happy with everyone there! Doctor Bethany was very friendly and fixed one cavity for me. Give them all a 10!

When I arrived for my cleaning I was greeted with a smile and friendly receptionist. My Hygienist, Nicole, reviewed my records before I arrived so she understood my dental background. She worked quickly and carefully. She socialized which put me at ease. Overall, it was a great experience!

I’m so grateful for Dr. Bethany, Becky, and the entire team at Smiles by Design. They go above and beyond every time my son and I come in for our checkups. They take the time to truly listen and thoughtfully address any questions we have. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and professional - it makes going to the dentist a positive experience. Gentle dentist and very thorough. Relaxing atmosphere, he has done 4 crowns for me and uses products they don't have dyes in them. Everyone at the dentist office is very polite and professional. And would highly recommend him. He also does children.

Dr Bethany is absolutely awesome. Very efficient, very gentle, and very responsive to the patient. While I was getting my cavities filled she was constantly checking on me, but working very quickly and accurately. I’m beyond glad I decided to restart my dental care here. Megen and Kazanne, the two hygienists I’ve seen so far, also displayed efficiency, professionalism, and care while performing work on me. I would especially recommend this place to anyone who has a fear of the dentist.
